An Association of Business Sponsorship of the Arts Award.

Brian was one of four artists commissioned by The British Petroleum Company plc to create an award for the Association for Business Sponsorship of the Arts Awards in 1987.

The ceremony was held in the Victoria & Albert Museum on 9 December 1987.

The photographs below show Brian meeting HRH Prince Charles and HRH The Princess of Wales at the event and Prince Charles presenting Brian's piece.
